The Visitors and Commerce Center offers an indoor area to relax as well as water fountains and restrooms. The Visitors and Commerce Center is open 7 days a week from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is open Monday-Friday all remaining times of the year.

The Visitors and Commerce Center is located on the north side of Interstate 64 at exit 211, 7324 Vineyards Parkway, New Kent, Virginia.
